Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine Beef, turkey, onion,jalepeno, and 1 cup of the cheese in a large mixing bowl and mix by hand briefly until partially mixed. Add all spices, panko, cilantro, and eggs and continue to mix. Add 1 cup of the salsa and finish mixing ingredients.
Put mixture into a loaf pan. Spead remaining cup of salsa over the top and sprinkle wit the remaining cheese.
Bake for 1 hour, drain off extra fat and juices, slice and serve .
I like to garnish with sour cream and sliced avacado.
