Family favourite. Originally from "Woman's Day The Pleasures of Easy International Cooking", April 1983.
Brown beef with chili, crushed garlic cloves, onion and salt. Combine
olives, sour cream and mayonaise. Press the dough into a large (9-10
inch) pie plate. Spoon meat into the crust, add the tomatoes and peppers,
then 1 cup of the cheese. Add the sour cream mixture, then the remainder
of the cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
