Mix Bisquick mix, cornmeal, and 1/2 cup water until soft dough forms.
Pat into 12" circle on cookie sheet forming 1/2" rim.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cook beef until brown, drain.
Stir in chilies, seasoning, and 3/4 cup water.
Heat to boiling, stir until thickened (5-10 minutes)
Spread beans over crust.
Top with beef and cheese.
Bake 10 minutes.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions.
Serve with taco sauce and other taco toppings, if desired.
