quesadilla casserole
preheat oven 350. Grease 13x9 pan
Heat large skillet and cook meat. Drain grease
Stir in tomato sauce, beans, diced tomatoes, corn, green chiles, chili powder, cumin, garlic, oregano and red pepper. reduce heat simmer stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Spread 2 cups of meat mixture in greased baking dish, top with 6 tortillas. repeat. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over top. Then top with remaining tortillas top with rest of meat and cheese.
Bake until heated 30-35 minutes.
