cook sausage, onions, and green pepper. Drain. stir in the remainder of the ingredients, spoon into 3 qt casserole. Bake 40 -45 minutes at 350 degrees. remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese. let stand 5 minutes before serving. if desired top with sour cream.
