Suggest a better description1. Combine the cream cheese, taco sauce, chives and green chiles in a bowl and mix well. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla. Top each one with 1/4 cup of the Jack cheese. Layer the cilantro and tomatoes over the cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Roll each one up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
2. To serve, cut each roll diagonally in half.
