Toss together; onion, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and avocado. Brown ground beef, kidney beans and salt and then simmer for 10 minutes, and add to tossed ingredients. Add Doritos and toss all together.
Put the next 8 ingredients in a blender and mix. Add the oil and honey and mix at medium speed to make the Poppy Seed dressing. Put in the salad and toss again.
