Heat large skillet over medium heat, add oil and swirl to coat. Add onion and garlice saute 3 minutes or until tender, add turkey and cook 4 minutes, until browned. Drains if needed. Still in spices. Add rice, tomatoes, and beans. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes, stirriing occassionally. Add mild salsa if too dry.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and remove from heat. Let stand until cheese melts.
Put in tortilla with lettuce and sourcream.
