In a large pot heat olive oil and char the frozen corn
Make sure it gets brown on all sides takes about 20 minutes stirring as necessary
While corn in charing mix remaining ingredients in a large serving dish
I like to use a round Pyrex bowl with lid and warming basket
When corn is ready fold in to the mixed ingredients together.
I use a couple additional tablespoons of jalapeños. Hubby and I love it spicy!
Use more or less to your taste.
