Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350°. In a pan, brown the ground beef. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. (While the ground beef is cooking, cook the shells according to package directions, drain.) Add diced tomatoes and cream cheese to meat mixture. Stir together and mix well. Set aside and cool completely.
Pour salsa on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with 1-2 tbsp of meat mixture. Place shells in prepared baking dish. Evenly cover shells with taco sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake an additional 10-15 minutes with foil removed. Top with green onions or ripe olives if desired. Serve with sour cream and/or more salsa.
