Suggest a better descriptionBoil shells and drain. Brown ground beef and drain and remove from pan. Add garlic to pan and saute. Add meat and all spices.back to the pan. Stir in cream cheese. Scoop into the shells. Mix salsa and enchilada sauce and pour over shells. Bake covered on 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese melts.
