Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat an 8x5x3 inch loaf baking pan with no-stick corn oil cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the extra-lean ground turkey, ground sirloin, green onions, salt, cumin, marjoram or oregano, black pepper, bread crumbs, red pepper, egg white and black beans. Mix with your hands or a sturdy spatula to thoroughly combine all ingredients. Pack into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
