Quick and easy
Cut steak into 6 even pieces. Place in a 4 quart electric slow cooker, coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle steak with Mexican seasoning blend and salt. Add green peppers, onion, and tomatoes. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, adding pinto beans during the last 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
