Heat oil in large dutch oven. Add turkey, breaking up into small chunks, cook until lightly browned over med high heat. Remove from pan, sprinkle with chili powder and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to now empty pan stir cooking until onion is translucent.
Add broth and frozen vegetables or corn or zucchini if using cook 5 minutes.
Return turkey to pan and add remaining ingredients.
Stir well cook and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with optional toppings as desired.
Makes 12-14 one cup servings
