A sweet-smelling holiday breakfast :)
1. Mix milk and vinegar in small jug; add eggs, vanilla and melted butter
2. Place Spice Jar contents into medium bowl; create a well in the center of the ingredients
3. Heat skillet; use non-stick spray
4. Pour milk mixture into well and whisk together with dry ingredients until moistened
5. Use 1/4 cup of batter of each pancake; cook 2-3 minutes on each side, until bubbles form around the edges
6. Enjoy with whipped cream or syrup
