Brown beef until no longer pink. Add corn and 1 can of enchalada sauce. Pour 1 can of enchalada sauce in bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Fill tortillas with 1/4 cup meat and cheese. Roll and place in baking dish. Top with enchalada sauce, cheese, onions and black olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and enchaladas are heated through.
