Quick Simple Fudge; add nuts, coconut, or peanut butter easily
In a large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate and milk on High for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add vanilla and optional ingredients(s). (see notes below)
Mix well and spread into foil-lined 8 inch square pan. (peanut butter option anyone?)
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Optional ingredients:
1 cup of pecan or walnut halves
1 cup of coconut flakes
2 cups mini marshmallows & 1 cup of pecan halves
Peanut Butter Fudge:
Immediatley after spreading onto pan, drop 1/2 cup of peanut butter by teaspoonfuls onto layer and swirl with knife to marble
