Suggest a better descriptionIn 2 cup glass measuring cup combine sugar and cornstarch. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Whisk twice during cooking. Whisk 1/3 of the milk intoegg yolk. Whisk well and return to custard mixture. Microwave on High for about 30 seconds or until thickened. Whisk once during cooking. Stir in lime rind, lime juice and butter until butter is melted. Spoon into small serving dishes or custard cups. Chill for 1 hour or until cold. Before serving, pipe softly whipped and lightly sweetened cream over custards. Serve. Serves 2. 189 calories without cream and 34% calories from fat, according to MasterCook.
