My Family's favorite scrambled eggs
In a medium microwave safe GLASS bowl, add eggs and whip with a fork till well blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Take cheese and for each slice fold in half and break apart, break each half in half and in half again, add all the small pieces to the egg mix.
Add milk.
Mix well with fork.
Place bowl in microwave on high 15 min.
DO NOT WALK AWAY!
Allow to cook 5 minutes, then remove and mix with fork making sure to scrape the sides,
cook for 2 min and mix again, from this point keep mixing every 30 to 45 seconds until all are fluffy.
remove when there is still just a tiny bit of uncooked eggs stir with fork as heat from glass will finish the cooking and eggs will be fluffy and moist.
