Add minced beef and spices
Fry until cooked and set aside
Peel potato and dig from middle (not too deep). Set stuffing in drainer aside
Wash potato and drain
Fry potato until golden , set aside
Fry the potato stuffing and place in large pot with water
Add parsley, Maggi, black pepper and cardamom to water and heat
Meanwhile, stuff potato with beef and add to water mixture (also add any extra beef to mixture)
Leave to boil until desired thickness is achieved
