Blend the Flour, Pepper, Celery Salt, Salt and Paprika in small bowl.
I large pot add the Water and Worcestershire sauce on a low heat stir in the dry Ingredients till a smooth paste. remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Then add Oysters with liquid to the pot and stir slowly over a medium heat till the paste is integrated. Simmer the Oysters over a medium heat until the Oysters curl.
Remove from the heat and add the scalded Milk to the stew.
Let stew stand 15 minutes.
The add 1/4 cup of butter and reheat the stew over a medium heat till hot
*** Do NOT let it the stew come to Boil ***
Serve in large soup bowls and garnish with Parsley and Paprika. Server with Original Trenton Cracker, Oyster & Soup Crackers
The Original Trenton Cracker, Oyster & Soup Crackers are to be cracked into the bowl be each guest. Take two in your hand a close your till that crack.
