A whole meal by itself and good to eat as a leftover. I've made this many time and have never been disppointed.
1 PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES
2 COOK BROWN RICE ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX ADDING THE BEEF CONCENTRATE TO THE WATER
3 SLICE THE TOPS OFF THE GREEN PEPPERS REMOVE SEEDS AND MEMBRANES
4 FILL THE COOKING POT WITH ENOUGH WATER TO EMMERSE THE PEPPERS
5 BRING WATER TO A BOIL AND COOK FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES UNTIL THE PEPPERS ARE PLIABLE
6 SAUTE GROUND BEEF, GARLIC, ONION, SALT, PEPPER FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL BEEF IS BROWNED
7 ADD BASIL AND PARSLEY COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES STIRRING FREQUENTLY
8 ADD BROWN RICE, DICED TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, ROASTED PEPPER AND CUMIN TO MEAT MIXTURE AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT MIXING THE INGREDIENTS THOURGHLY
9 PUT PEPPERS RIGHT SIDE UP IN AN UNGREASED BAKING DISH
10 FILL PEPPERS WITH MEAT AND RICE MIXTURE PUTTING EXTRA MIXTURE IN THE BAKING DISH AROUND THE PEPPERS
11 ADD MARINARA SAUCE OVER THE PEPPERS
12 COVER THE DISH WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES
