Delicious Sweet Corn soup with the Best little spice kick
melt butter in bottom of deep pot. throw in diced onion and saute till golden brown on high heat.
toss in corn and continue to saute till all corn is evenly cooked. once cooked put in blender and blend corn and onion adding in the half and half till it is smooth, pour back into pot. take reconstituted chili and clean out seeds and place in blender with about a half cup of the water from the chilies and blend till paste, place in pot and stir. add salt to taste and serve.
