Delicious Apple pie
Preheat oven to 375.
Pie filling
Combine the granulated sugar, cornstarch, and water in large saucepan until smooth;
Bring to a boil.
Cook and sir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla, cinnamon and apples.
Set aside.
Crust and topping
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats and butter, cutting in the butter.
Divide and press half into pie pan, including sides. Remaining half will be topping.
Pour Apple filling into pie. Top with remaining topping mixture.
Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown.
