In a large bowl, beat together the wet ingredients. When well combined, add the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Fold in the berries.
Spoon batter into 12 regular size muffin tins that have been coated with non-stick baking spray. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes until golden and firm to the touch. Remove from the tins and let cool on a wire rack.
