Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
Stir until the chocolate chip mixture is smooth.
Add the cream cheese and remaining milk to a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate chip mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into pie crusts.
Cover and freeze. Freeze 4 to 6 hours. The pies can be frozen up to 3 months
Remove the pie from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to allow the pie to soften.
Add a dollop of cream or ice cream and enjoy the creamy chocolate dessert.
