Suggest a better descriptionDissolve yeast in 3/4 cup of warm water, stir in 2 2/3 cups of warm water, the honey, salt, safflower oil, and 5 cups of the unbleached wheat flour. Blend until smooth and mix in enough remaining flour to make easy to handle.
knead until smooth and elastic, (10 minutes0) place in a greased bowl; greased side up, cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 1 hour. (dough is ready when impression remains).
Punch down dough; divide in half and roll each 1/2 inch thick sheet. Roll up, fold ends under loaf. Place in greased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Brush loaves lightly with safflower oil. let rise until double, (1 hour).
Bake at 425 degrees, for 30 to 35 minutes or until deep golden brown and loaves sound hollow.
