Bring sugar and milk to a boil. Boil while stirring for ten minutes. Have oleo and chocolate chips in another large pan and add boiling sugar and milk to the mixture. The sugar and milk will melt the chocolate chips and oleo. Beat, beat, beat! Add in the vanilla and nuts and pour into a very large pan.
Works best if you use a wooden spoon!
