Melt first three ingredients in a heavy sauce pan on low. Stir often.
Remove from heat , add pecans and stir well and dip out onto cookie sheet by teaspoons full. Let cool.
Melt hersey and paraffin wax in double boiler. Mix until creamy.
Dip cooled candy into mixture and let cool.
