Add oil to large frying pan on high heat.
Chop all the vegetables. This can be done in a food processor.
Add garlic and fry.
Add mince and brown, breaking apart as you stir.
Once all the mince is brown add tomatoes, passata and vegetables.
Cook for at least 15mins stirring regularly.
Can add dried herbs at the onion stage or fresh herbs at the end.
