Add refried beans and sauces, cook and simmer
Spoon cooked rice into greased casserole dish - each layer sprinkle through the kidney beans
On top of rice add a thin sprinkle of cheese, then top with the mince mixture and cover with cheese.
Bake or grill until cheese is golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and avocado
