Heat oil and cook onion and garlic
In blender put mince, onion, garlic, sauces, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan - blend
Lay out on bench and make flat - into a rectangle
Top with olives, tomatoes, bokchoy (or spinach)
Roll into a swiss roll and seal ends
Bake for 50 minutes until cooked - leave stand for a while before removing from tray to carve.
