Suggest a better descriptionMix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Force the mixture on to kebab sticks so that it is wrapped around the centre section of each stick like a large sausage. Arrange the sticks across the top of a baking tray so that the kebabs are suspended and the fat can run out below into the baking tray. Put in a hot oven at 190?C/375F/gas mark 5 for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and crisp on the outside. Serve hot.
