Minestrone Soup
1) Put large pot on medium heat, add some oil
2) Use scissors to cut 6 raw Italian Sausages into the pot
3) Cook for 10 minutes while chopping veggies
4) Chop carrots, onion and celery
5) Add veggies to the pot, cook until onions are clear
6) Dump both boxes of chicken broth into the pot
7) Dump 2 cans of Italian Spiced Diced Tomatoes
8) Rinse and add a can of Romano beans and a can of Mixed beans
9) Add 4 cups of water to thin the broth
10) Add a handful of dried Italian Seasoning
11) Add 1tbsp of minced garlic from a Tosca jar
12) Boil the pot
13) Chop zucchini into quarter circles
14) Wash and rip spinach into bite-sized pieces
15) Add 2 cups of Small Shells pasta, chopped zuccini and spinach
16) Add 2 tbsp of Pesto (Classico, Sun-Dried Tomato)
17) Scissor some parsley into the pot.
