2. While pasta cooks, cook pancetta in a Dutch Oven over medium-high heat 3 minutes or browned. stirring frequently. Add celery mix and carrot; cook 3 minutes or until browned and tender. Add and stir next 4 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; cover; reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes.
3. Stir in pasta and serve.
