Suggest a better description1. Spray the inside of custard cups with non-stick cooking spray. Gently press the tortillas into the cups. Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool for 2 minutes and remove from the cups.
2. Mix the Corn, Black Beans, and Salsa.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the chicken and the onions, Stir in the salsa mix and heat through about 3 minutes.
4. Spoon the mixture into the tortilla cups. Top with sour cream.
