Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 24 miniature muffin-pan cups. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl, whisk milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 18 minutes or until golden. Unmold and cool on wire racks. Makes 2 dozen.
