Heat oven to 350. coat muffin pan or silicone cups with cooking spray
whisk together eggs, half and half and salt.
crumble 2 tatter tots per muffin cup.
Pour egg mixture evenly between all cups.
Add 2 tbs of mix-in to each cup, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until they are puffy and the edges are golden brown. aprox; 20 to 25 min.
