Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend first 5 ingredients (milk through vanilla) in a blender. Be careful to see that any flour clumps get well blended.
2) blend in the butter a little at a time in order to temper the eggs.
3) grease muffin tins well and distribute evenly between 24 tins. (I actually used a 1/4 cup measurement and filled only 12 instead of 24 and they turned out just fine, but the recipe calls for 24 used) Bake for 15 minutes, or until puffy and golden on top.
4) Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
