Super easy, fast and tasty. Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens recipe posted on Shine.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the egg, 1/2 of the pasta sauce, bread crumbs, and salt/pepper. Add the beef and 1/2 of the cheese, mix well. Divide into four equal portions, shape into loaves. Place on a baking dish and cover with remaining sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
