Heat oven to 375?. Mix meat, stuffing mix and water and add-in (see below). Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Make an indentation in center of mini loaf and fill with add-in sauce. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Top with cheese and continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Addin: 1 tsp garlic powder with sauce: bbq
Addin: 1 tsp italian seasoning with spaghetti sauce
Addin: 2 tsp chili powder with salsa
