Simple meatloaf with an interesting twist in mini-cupcake pan.
- Oven to 375
- Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 c. water, and garlic powder (put your hand inside of a plastic gallon bag to mix by squishing with your fingers).
- Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray
- Make an indentation in the center of each mini loaf with a spoon
- Fill with sauce
- Bake 30 minutes
- Top with cheese
- Bake until cheese melts
