Suggest a better description1. Lay 6 bread slices flat and top each with a ham slice, a cheese slice, and a turkey slice. Top with remaining bread slices. 2. In a large shallow baking dish, beat eggs with milk and salt until blended. Arrange sandwiches in dish in a single layer, turning once or twice, until bread has absorbed all of egg mixture, about 2 minutes per side. 3. Lightly oil a nonstick griddle or fry pan and place over medium heat until hot but not smoking, about 1 minute. Fry sandwiches in batches, turning once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side. 4. Transfer to a cutting board, remove and discard crusts, and cut sandwiches into quarters. Serve immediately, or if made in advance, arrange sandwich quarters on baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate. Reheat in a 400 oven till cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.
