Suggest a better description1. Grease two 12-hole round-based patty pans (1 tbsp capacity)
2. whisk eggs, cream, chives and parmesan in a jug until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Using a 7cm round cutter, cut out 24 rounds from pastry. line prepared pan holes with pastry. Place a rounded tsp of capsicum in each case. Top with about 1 tbsp egg mixture and a slice of pepperoni.
4. Cook in a hot oven (200c) for about 12-15 mins, or until golden. Cool in pans.
