Mix butter and butternut biscuits together and line the bottoms a small muffin tray cups.
Set aside to cool and harden.
Once hardened put a layer so strawberry slices on top of the biscuit base.
Mix together all the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until combined. Beat gently with electric beaters for 1 minute.
Spoon the mixture over the strawberry layer to the top of the muffin tray.
Top with another layer of strawberries.
Put in fridge to set for at least 1.5 hours.
Advise eaters to have some strawberry and cheese cake mixture with every bite.
