Meal 2 - Morning Tea
1. Pre-heat your sandwich press. Slice two thin slices of sweet potato, place them both on the sandwich press lid down for 60 seconds
2. Remove sweet potato from the sandwich press and cut it in half a place to the side.
Get ready for your turkey slices, spinach leaves and alfalfa
3. In a wide shallow dish place some warm water in it and add in a rice paper sheet and hold under the water for around 60 seconds until it starts feeling soft. Remove it from the water and lay it out flat.
4. Place a slice of turkey, half the sweet potato, some spinach leaves and alfalfa onto the rice paper then wrap it up. Repeat the same process with another rice paper sheet and enjoy.
