Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 (31/2-inch_ large muffin cups. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans. Makes 12 jumbo muffins. Recipe by: J Martin
