Suggest a better descriptionWash thoroughly the potatoes and cut them in half. Place in a cookie sheet and put in the oven for 2 hours. Cut the pieces in half, put in the bowl. Add oil & butter. Mix gently. Add mint, garlic and salt. Mix gently.
Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
Cover to keep hot.
