Suggest a better descriptionMix the cucumber and orange together. Make a dressing by mixing 2tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar. Whisk together and season. Mix the tomatoes, mint and parsley to the dressing, then mix together with the cucumber and oranges. Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve.
