Cream peanut butter and sugar with mixer, mixing well. Stir in egg and vanilla. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet(s). Flatten with a floured fork. Bake at 350 deg. F for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet(s). Makes 4 dozen cookies.
